Photos of Public Diplomacy in Action

What does a public diplomacy (PD) officer do?

A good PD officer will often respond, "What don't we do?"  Public diplomacy is an all encompassing field. From sports programs to art shows, to press conferences on major American policies, it is the art of reaching out to all segments of society and creating opportunities to connect Americans and Ivoirans.  These photos will give you a virtual tour of the various facets of the work of the public diplomacy staff.
