All press enquiries for the Embassy start with the Information Section, irrespective of their nature.  This process ensures that the requests can be accomodated in a complete and timely manner.  Please provide the following information to expedite the process:

1. What is the subject of the story?
2. What is the deadline?
3. Who is the media outlet?  Where are they based?
4. What type of interview is requested? On the record? Background? Off the record?
5. Who would are you seeking to speak with and why?
6. What information are you looking for them to provide?
7. Where will the interview need to take place? 
8. How long will the interview take?
9. Do you need need any background materials?
10. Will you require any visuals for the interview?
